Pet deposit is $300 non-refundable.
A maximum of two pets ($600 non-refundable pet fee) with a combined pet weight of 30 lbs. is the maximum per unit.
A monthly pet fee of $25 per pet is charged.
No birds, snakes, lizards, or other exotic pets are permitted.
